delivery policy

Our Post and Packing delivers security, simplicity and discretion.

Buy enough and it comes free – pay extra and it comes faster – sign and know that it is safe – and relax that it looks so unremarkable (unlike its contents of course).

How long does it take?

We try to despatch orders paid by credit/debit card on the same day as we receive your order and aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, but we are not legally bound to do so. Weekends and public holidays are excluded as there is no postal service.
In the shocking event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately.

All orders are sent either 1st class (within UK) or Airmail Express (to all other countries)

Deliveries within the UK usually take 1-2 working days
Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-4 working days
Deliveries elsewhere in the world usually take 5 working days
Please note that all delivery times stated in this policy are estimations only and we do not guarantee that items will arrive in those timescales.  This is because we use external postal, delivery or courier services and we cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.

How much does it cost?

UK Delivery:
On all orders for goods worth £30 or over, we are delighted to offer free delivery.
Orders less than £30 will cost £2.95 signed for, or £1.95 not signed for, and take 1-3 working days.
We recommend the signed for option as this reduces the chance of your parcel going missing.  As we use external postal, delivery or courier services we cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of your order if you opt out of signing for the order’s receipt.  

UK orders are protected by 1st class Recorded delivery, which ideally requires a signature.  However, you can opt-out of the signature requirement during the on-line checkout
If you have opted to sign for your parcel, and happen to be out  at delivery time, you can of course collect your parcel from the nearest postal depot – or rearrange delivery to suit you, according to the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail.

European Union (EU) Delivery:

For all orders within the European Union for goods worth €50.00 or over, we are delighted to offer free delivery.
Orders within the European Union for goods less than €50.00, will cost €7.70 (signed for) and € 2.80 (not signed for) and usually take 3-4 working days.
EU orders are despatched by Airmail – International signed for service. This requires a signature.

Orders less than $60.00, will cost $12.95 (signed for) and $6.50 (not signed for) and usually take 5 working days.
We recommend the signed for option as this reduces the chance of your parcel going missing.  As we use external postal, delivery or courier services we cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of your order if you opt out of signing for the order’s receipt.
All orders are despatched by Airmail – International signed for service.  If you do not wish to sign for your delivery, you can opt-out of the signature requirement during the on-line checkout.
Wherever you are be sure to place your order before 3pm UK time to maximise the chances of same day dispatch (weekends and UK public holidays excepted).  Remember that if you order enough you get the P&P for nuppence.

Discreet Delivery and Gift Wrap

Our Post and Packing policy delivers security, simplicity and discretion.  This is the discreet part explained:

What will my parcel look like?
Discretion and your privacy are hugely important to us, so all 3L Trading parcels sent to you are as ordinary looking as possible.  No eyebrows will be raised – no curiosity aroused by the standard-looking boxes or padded envelopes.  No Yes™ on the outside, and the return address on your order (which we are required to provide) will show as: 3L Trading, PO box 214, Alton, Hampshire, UK, GU34 3WY.

As you can see we have even avoided the “something in a brown box” look.  By the way, our boxes are made with 80% recycled material and they are 100% recyclable.

No logos - no idea what is in the packaging and certainly no signs saying “no lube in here” either.

All our boxes are designed to hold our products snugly, to ensure they reach you safely.

Gift Card
There is an option, as you checkout, to have your order sent as a gift with a personally inscribed gift card.  If you select this option a text box will open for you to compose your message.  The slim elegant card will then have your message tastfully handwritten and be enclosed with the parcel.

There is a charge for this of £1.50 (€ 2.00 or $2.50).

What will my bank / credit card statement say?
All transactions will state 3L Trading.  Neither The Luberation Laboratory Ltd nor Yes™ nor Yes™ Lube will appear on your bank or card statements.

What if I change my mind and no longer want the goods?
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by notifying us by email to orders@yesyesyes.org:

(a) At any time before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) Where goods have already been despatched to you, within 21 days of your receiving the goods for any reason, provided that the goods have not been used.  Due to the nature of our products, if the tamper proof seal has been broken you will be deemed to have used the goods.

If you have had the goods longer than 21 days you can only cancel the order where the goods are faulty.

If you cancel your order you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

On cancellation of your order, you must return the goods to us in the same condition in which they were received.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, except where they have been rejected because they are faulty or if they were not what you ordered.  If for any reason we have to pay to recover the goods, we shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovery from any refund or exchange credit due to you.
