
Why when I get to the checkout is my basket empty?
When nothing shows up in your shopping basket, it usually means that Cookies have been disabled in your browser. When you put something in your shopping basket our website puts a Cookie on your computer which is a tiny piece of information that "holds" the content of your shopping cart until you go to the check out. If you are using Internet Explorer you can change this fairly simply by selecting the Tools menu, then Internet Options and the Privacy Tab. Either change the Privacy Level to Medium or click on the sites button, enter www.yesyesyes.org and click allow. Then go to our website and see if the shopping basket has got a memory of your requests.
