Yes Organic Lubricant. It comes in two forms, an oil-based, thicker preparation (containing Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter together) and a water-based product (with Aloe Vera and three plant gums). Both are certified by the Soil Association as being organic. When working with women with Vaginismus and Dyspareunia I recommend they first apply the oil based lubricant, followed by the water based lubricant which makes the vagina really well lubricated and stays like that for a very long time. Women often find it difficult to relax when they constantly anticipate that sexual activity is going to be painful but have reported that they don't feel this at all after only using the product a couple of times. I would definitely recommend both the oil and water based lubricant. It feels great on both males and females and patients also report that it doesn't feel like a medical product they are having to use, but that they have enjoyed the feel of it so much that they see it as part of the fun and enjoyment of their sexual activity.
