Shipping Delays & Stock Update
Unfortunately, as the worldwide pandemic continues and the accumulation of post builds (due to Brexit and the Christmas period), there are extensive worldwide shipping delays. We value the importance of getting your orders to you as soon as possible, so rest assured that when we receive your order it is being processed as usual. However, as we are reliant on the postal systems to get this order to you, some delays are out of our control, and we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
Due to Brexit, we are likely to experience ongoing delays over the next few months, but please rest assured that we are dedicated to resolving any issues that arise, following the government’s guidance.
During this pandemic we have also been struggling to get raw materials to make our organic products, and as most of our range are medical devices, there are strict production regulations that we must follow. Sadly, this delay in production means that we are experiencing low stock levels and out of stock lines. However, we are doing our utmost to get all your favourite products back in stock as soon as possible. These are all currently being produced but they must go through rigorous testing before we can take these to market again. We hope to update you on this progress soon.
Note that whilst we are taking orders for our EU customers and reserving that stock for you, we won’t currently be able to despatch the order for another 2-3 weeks but are working hard to get processes in place to resolve this as quickly as possible.
