Self-Love Week

This February we’re celebrating all different kinds of love. From romantic relationships, to friendships and self-love, we’re covering it all. Right now, it’s more important than ever to spread good vibes and show our appreciation for the ones we love, and (arguably most importantly) showing ourselves a little love too.

Self-love can come in many different forms, but it all comes down to nurturing our wellbeing – mind, body and soul. It could be showing yourself compassion when you are feeling down and allowing yourself to rest when you are tired; to taking a quiet moment by yourself to do something that makes you happy or indulging in a payday treat. Self-love also extends to celebrating yourself, your physical body and sexuality. It’s about being kind to yourself and enjoying the body that you are in.
