YES – we are so excited to announce our new look!
We have been working on your feedback for some time now and are delighted to announce that our “YES Refresh” transformation and new products are almost complete. Over the next few weeks you will notice a change to the look of the products and website as you know them but be assured, the products remain the same except will now come in larger volumes, improved packaging and with a refreshed look.
Why have we done this? We have listened to your feedback.
You said: The caps on the bottles can come off and break
You said: The bottles’ shape can be wasteful, it’s hard to get the product out when nearly empty
So we are changing all our products to easy squeezy tubes with caps that don’t come off
You said: Can you make larger size bottles (sorry Frank, but you will have to wait a bit longer for the 1 gallon drum)
So we are increasing the quantities in all the tubes BUT held the prices – you will get more for your money
You said: Please make an organic intimate wash.
So we have launched two intimate washes, YES CLEANSE Rose, and YES CLEANSE unfragranced.
You said: The oil and water lubricants can be hard to distinguish, especially in the dark.
So we have changed the colours, making the products more distinctive and this means we can add new ones too – more are coming in February 2016
You said: Please can we have YES OB plant-oil based personal lubricant in pre-filled applicators like the YES WB water based personal lubricant
So watch this space in February…. You ask and we do our very best to obey
You said: Your products are amazing, don’t change a thing
So we haven’t, the YES WB water based personal lubricant, Yes OB plant-oil based personal lubricant and YES OB Vanilla all stay the same. It’s just the container, the colours and the caps that have changed.
YES, as you know it, will change across the range to squeezable plastic tubes with secure (tamper proofed) integral closures and packaged in matching cartons. As well as designing new containers we are also launching some new products to the range.
So, our message to you, our cherished customer, is…
..SAME PRODUCTS, REFRESHED LOOK, BETTER VALUE.
