Guar Gum also called guaran, is a galactomannan. Guar gum is soluble and a good stabilizer, it also has very good viscosity.
Aloe barbadensis Organic – its reputation as a potent healer of the skin and internal surface linings is legendary and well-documented. At appropriate concentrations the active form of Aloe Vera that we use penetrates deep into the outer skin and mucosal layers of the vulva and vaginal tract, to moisturise, soothe and heal.
Cera alba Organic, is secreted by the bees and deposited onto honeycombs. It is gathered purely by filtration and without harm to the bees. Used for centuries, it is antiseptic, healing and provides protective emollience, and helps balance the density of the oils and butters that we combine in Yes oil-based.
Locust Bean Gum
Ceretonia siliqua, Organic is a galactomannan vegetable gum extracted from the seeds of the carob tree, mostly found in the Mediterranean region, which gives viscosity and slipperiness to Yes water-based.
Flax (also known as common flax or linseed), Linum usitatissimum (which actually means most useful in Latin, pointing to the remarkable versatility of the plant and its importance for human life). Flax fibres are amongst the oldest fibre crops in the world, a discovery reported in 2009 of spun, dyed, and knotted wild flax fibres in a prehistoric cave in the Republic of Georgia shows that the plant was already in use by humans at the surprisingly early date of 30,000 B.C. The Organic Flax Gum that we use as our hero ingredient in Yes water-based, has a rich, clean, quilty slipperiness and has been known to heal wounds, and be particularly beneficial for the mucous membranes.
