When will my order be processed and despatched?
Online orders received before 15:00/3.00pm GMT are despatched the same day, where practical, and we aim to fulfil all orders within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays.
Once I’ve placed my order, can I amend it?
Due to the way in which process orders, once an order has been accepted we are unable to amend them.
