You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided.

a) where goods are not available;
b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions;
e) if you fail to accurately and completely provide all details requested on the order form;

g) where national laws or import/export restrictions prohibit us from supplying the products to you.
2.3. Neither you nor we will be legally bound unless and until
a) we receive your order;
b) we accept your order;
c) we receive cleared payment in full; and
d) we despatch your order.
A legally binding contact will only be formed once all these stages have been performed. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. 3.1. Sales Tax
Where VAT is chargable, it is included in the prices on this website. If your order is for delivery within the European Union, you must pay in either Pounds Sterling/£ or Euros/€. The USD/$ prices exclude UK/EU VAT, please order in USD/$ to avoid paying UK VAT for non UK/EU deliveries. Any purchases, for non-EU delivery, made in Euros/€ or Pounds Sterling/£ will be charged at the quoted Euro/€ or Pounds Sterling/£ price and the VAT element will be offset against additional handling costs.If this is a problem, for instance if your card is registered in the EU so you want to pay in € or £, but you are living and/or working outside the EU, then please call us on +44 (0) 845 094 1141 and we will try to sort something out.Duty and Customs Tax If your order is for delivery outside the European Union (so no EU Sales Tax applies) it may attract your local import duty and sales tax on arrival. This usually has to be paid when you receive your order. We are required to put a Customs Declaration on your order to be able to mail it.As Duty and Sales Tax are locally imposed taxes they will vary from country to country. So although we will not charge you EU Sales Tax you may still have to pay Local Sales Tax and/or import duties when your order arrives.
3.2. Where we charge separately for packing and carriage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our Delivery Policy
3.3. Our prices are reviewed periodically.
