Introducing YES Sarl: Our European operations explained

You may have noticed there have been some changes recently, particularly for our European customers. As we are a UK-based company, we’ve had to work with the changes and challenges that Brexit has brought. Therefore we’ve made some changes to adapt the way we sell to Europe.

Our solution? To create a dedicated base in Europe for all our valued European YES customers to receive their orders from. Introducing YES Sarl… 

What is YES Sarl?

YES Europe Sarl is our new base of operations, situated in France. It means that we now have a dedicated warehouse and base within the European Union for us to ship our intimacy products from.

Why do you need another name? 

YES Sarl enables us to easily supply to the European Union after the changes Brexit bought. Despite the slight name difference, our values remain at the heart of what we do, regardless of where in the world we’re sending to. 

What are the benefits of using sarl in the European Union? 

The creation of YES Sarl Europe means that our European customers are able to purchase YES products without having to incur any import taxes or customs duties, as our products are being sent directly from the Europe, rather than the UK. This means no hidden fees.  

Our delivery times are also improved, as the shipment is typically both quicker and cheaper from Europe to Europe. For the European market the shipping charge is calculated at checkout.
