What are intimate wipes used for?
Intimate wipes are for cleansing and refreshing your intimate skin, and can clean up after sex, refresh when travelling or help manage your period. Intimate wipes are for cleansing externally around your labia – your vagina is self-cleaning so avoid trying to use wipes internally!
Can I flush biodegradable intimate wipes?
No, Natracare intimate wipes are not flushable. Only flush your three Ps — pee, paper, and poo. Our wipes are 100% compostable, however there is not time or the right conditions for wipes to biodegrade before going through the water pipes.
Are intimate wipes okay for sensitive skin?
Our formula is designed specifically for use with sensitive skin. The wipes have been dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested on human volunteers.
How to dispose of Natracare organic cotton intimate wipes and packaging?
The best way to dispose of Natracare wipes is in your compost bin if you have one, or with your regular waste.
The packaging is made from recycled plastic. Check with your local authority to see which types of plastic they can recyle.

How to dispose of Natracare wipes
Natracare wipes are not designed to be flushable, but there are some great environmental options for their disposal
1. Composting - Natracare wipes are made of cotton, which means they compost really well. Just ensure you have a good balance of green and brown composting materials for best composting results
2. Brown bin - If you don't have access to your own composting bin, you can add these to your brown bin for industrial composting
3. Burning - Air drying and burning your used wipes is a great practical option, especially if you are camping or trekking
4. Regular waste - If all else fails, you can add these to your regular waste bin. They will not add to the toxicity of landfill, unlike their plastic counterparts.
