Role Overview:
We’re looking for a thoughtful, empathetic, and highly organised Customer Care team member. You’ll be at the heart of our customers’ experience, handling everything from simple order questions to sensitive intimate health concerns with care and clarity. 💌
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone with warmth and professionalism.
Handle orders, returns, and refunds accurately.
Maintain customer records with attention to confidentiality (GDPR compliance). 🔒
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment partners. 📦
Collaborate across teams to resolve queries efficiently. 🤝
Spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help evolve our customer service approach. ✨
👤 About You:
Experience in customer service, support, or admin.
Professional and empathetic communicator, both written and on the phone. 🗣️💌
Skilled with helpdesk tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Dixa, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation. 📋
Comfortable discussing intimate health topics discreetly. 🌸
Collaborative, self-aware, and proactive. 💡
Experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and order management tools is a plus. 🛒
📍 Details:
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 (based on experience) 💷
