I have been suffering with Lichen Sclerosus and have tried loads of different creams to help alleviate the dryness. I was told about the OB Yes cream and that can be used for this disease and was desperate to try it and I am SO glad I did....its really amazing, the best thing ever. Its given me confidence and comfort, thank you so much for making it!!
Thank you for your superb products we have been using them for many years now. Nothing else on the market compares.I did see somewhere on your site where you were asking for other ideas which may be useful which I now am unable to locate. I feel that an extension tube which fitted on to the new queezable tubes would be very advantageous, as I have found difficulty in emptying the small applicators. .
I love Yes oil based lube. Since I had vulvodynia in 2013 (now recovered) I was left sensitive to most products. Now in premenopause I am experiencing dryness and I have tried so many water based lubes to re-moisturise and lubricate but they all sting me. Yes water based is the most gentle but still stings me a little after a while. Yes oil based is lovely. I apply it after every time I go to the loo and it keeps me nice and comfortable down there. We use loads during intercourse and it does the job and doesn't need frequent reapplying. My husband also applies it on his intimate area if he gets a bit sore after going to the gym and finds it soothing. Thank you Yes.

- I am experiencing extreme soreness constantly, made worse when spending a penny. I almost need a anaesthetic! I have had numerous UTI's but not currently. My GP has suggested an oestrogen cream but I have had breast cancer in the past and consequently am a bit wary! Think I need a moisturising cream to apply. Can you recommend please.
- Dear Jacqui, We so sympathise with what you describe! If you are sure that you are not currently suffering from a UTI, but from some rawness and soreness of the vulva, especially around the urethral opening, we would suggest YES OB oilbased, as this provides an emollient, protective and water proof coating can that can soothe and moisturise this area. It can be used liberally, according to need. I can understand your reluctance to use an oestrogen cream, given your history of cancer, and can reassure you that all YES products are hormone free. If the soreness extends to within the vagina, you might like to try YES OB in apps, as this will deliver comfort and moisturisation higher up internally.
- I'm looking for a moisturizing that can be applied either regularly or a few hours before expected intercourse but does not need to be reapplied within a few hours of intercourse. I'm looking for a product that allows for spontaneous activity without involving lubrication into the experience.
- YES WB can be applied wel in advance of intercourse, and its texture and absence of smell or taste makes it very discreet in use and hardly detectable as a lubricant, except in the moisture and slipperiness it supplies. This allows lovemaking to be spontaneous and comfortable. You might consider using the pre-filled applicators to deliver the right amount of product higher in the vagina. For a longer lasting lubrication, assuming condoms are not being used, YES OB either in tubes or applicators, could be ideal.
- Hi I am suffering from vaginal dryness which has mad sex not pleasant for my partner who complains of friction and pain due to me being dry. I was wondering if your water based applicaters together with your oil based applicaters can be used together for love making. And will that help the problem. Also which one do I use first.
- Dear Yvonne, Thank you for being in touch. Given the dryness that you are suffering from, and the friction that your partner is experiencing, I believe you would both discover more relief by applying lubrication externally, and not just vaginally. While an applicator will deliver moisture higher in the vagina, which alleviates your dryness, it will not lubricate the vulva, the entrance to the vagina or the penis, all of which would benefit from being lubricated too, through finger application. To ensure that you can enjoy comfortable penetration, and pleasurable intercourse, I suggest that you liberally apply YES OB oil based (assuming you are not using condoms) to both your partner's penis, and to the entrance to your vagina before making love. This will provide the cushioning and moisture you require, and the glide and reduced friction that your partner will appreciate. The OB is richly emollient and long-lasting, and should prove most suitable in assisting intercourse. However, to alleviate your internal dryness, I recommend that you continue with the WB in applicators. Many couples have been able to resolve painful sex in this way, and I hope you and your partner can successfully restore comfortable and enjoyable intimacy once more. Kind Regards
- Having recovered from hormone positive breast cancer, Id like to check whether your oil or water based lubricant have any hormone mimicking substances or parabens I should be aware of?
- I am glad to confirm that all our products are completely free of hormones, parabens and hormone disruptors and are entirely suitable for you during and after recovery from oestrogen receptor positive cancer. You can use them safely with that reassurance, and with the added knowledge that they are widely recommended by cancer nurse specialists and oncologists for their gentle efficacy in treating dryness.
- Will either the oil based or water based lubricant cause yeast infections or bacterial vaginal infections? I am going through menopause and have vaginal dryness, more frequent vaginal and urinary tract infections after intercourse due to thinning tissues. Also, I am concerned about keeping vaginal PH healthy. Will either product cause a PH imbalance? Can use of the product regulalry help protect vaginal tissue?
- Our products have been created to be as effective and pure as possible, and we carefully ensure that our water-based is at the right protective pH level for vaginal health. Yes oil-based has no pH value, having no water content. The right pH protects against bacterial infections, so no, our products will certainly not cause such infections. They are formulated to promote vaginal health, and regular use will hydrate and protect sensitive vaginal tissue. Lubricant products which are based on glycerine have the capacity to feed thrush, whereas Yes lubricants contain no glycerine, and are instead based on organic plant gums (water-based) or organic oils and butters (oil-based). You can use Yes with confidence that it will restore and protect the right pH, and successfully moisturise dry and thinning tissues.
"Could not manage without it and have it sent to whichever country I am in."
YES OB plant-oil based personal lubricant contains two rich organic butters – cocoa butter and shea butter, which impart smoothness and body; two fine emollient oils – sweet almond oil and sunflower oil, both organic, which confer a silky texture and skin moisturising benefits; and lastly a little white organic bees wax, and some Vitamin E which as well as benefiting the skin, acts as a preservative.
